Smoking is just not good for you and you should not smoke while you are sick or are on high levels of vitamins.
Plus if you are looking at getting healthy they why would you do something to your body that is just healthy and this would just add more issues that your body needs to deal with.

You also need to make sure that you are getting fats in your diet from healthy sources. Fad diets are just that fads you should make sure you are eating fresh fruit and veggies everyday and if you want to drink juices you need to drink more veggie juice then fruit juice as fruit can be high in sugars.

All people need good quality of sleep and when you are on the Fleming Protocol it's no different.
You should make sure that you bedroom is dark and quiet.
Going to bed when you feel sleepy is important as its your body telling you that you need to rest and this is the time of night when your body recovers from the daily stress.
You should not eat any food within two hours of your bedtime and your fluid intake at this time at night should be kept small or you will be up going to the toilet all night.
Some people require more sleep then others and this depends on your age also, about 8 to 10 hours is normal, some people at are older of sick also find a midday or afternoon nap keeps them feeling better this is fine just as long this does not make it hard for you to fall asleep and get a good night sleep. If you find that it's after 10:30pm and you don't feel sleepy and you had a nap in the day time you most likely have slept too much in the day so you should either cut down on your day time nap or get rid of it all together.
